Returns & Exchanges Policy – Hawaza

At Hawaza, we strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. Our products are thoughtfully designed and carefully crafted to meet quality standards. If your order does not meet your expectations, we provide a transparent and reasonable returns and exchanges policy.


1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

You may submit a return or exchange request within 14 days from the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition

  • All original tags, accessories, and packaging must remain intact

  • Custom-made, personalized items, Final Sale products, and hygiene-related items are not eligible

  • Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect

Hawaza reserves the right to decline any return or exchange that does not comply with these requirements.


2. How to Submit a Return or Exchange Request

To begin the process, please contact our customer support team at:

Kindly include the following details in your email:

  • Order number

  • Reason for the return or exchange

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive a Return Authorization along with detailed instructions.


3. Return Instructions

After receiving your Return Authorization, please:

  • Repack the item securely using the original packaging

  • Include the Return Pro-Forma Invoice Form provided by our support team

  • Ship the package to the return address specified in our instructions

We strongly recommend using a tracked and reliable shipping service. Hawaza is not responsible for return shipments that are lost, delayed, or not successfully delivered.


4. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of processing
