Return Policy:
Returns/Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receipt.
Items must be in original, unused condition with tags attached and original packaging.
Final Sale items, customized items, and certain hygiene-sensitive products cannot be returned.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Cancellation:
Orders can be cancelled before processing.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
Process:
Contact customer service with order details and proof of purchase.
Repackage items with the receipt.
Complete and attach the Returns Pro-Forma Invoice Form.
Securely send the package to the return address.
Refunds:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-14 business days after receiving the return.
